Tuyến trùng sống tự do trong hệ sinh thái cửa sông đã được nghiên cứu nhiều trên toàn thế giới cũng như ở Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, cho đến nay chưa có nào đề cập tới khả năng phân bố của chúng theo độ sâu và đặc điểm quần xã từng lớp mặt cắt bùn lắng tích tụ chất hữu cơ dưới đáy điều kiện thiếu trao đổi nước đắp đập. Nghiên này lần đầu tiên đặt vấn tìm hiểu về tuyến các sự đa dạng, cấu trúc tính thành phần kiểu dinh dưỡng 5 trầm khác nhau sông. Kết quả tôi là phát hiện mới, thấy rằng không chỉ 10 cm mà lâu phương pháp thu mẫu hạn còn thể xuống 50 lòng Chúng thích nghi tốt sâu, với mật thấp hơn so cùng nhưng vẫn dạng khá cao. nhận biệt rõ ràng số loài, tầng tích.
